About DiggTop

DiggTop is an independent publication about running LLMs on your own hardware. "Digg" is what we do — dig into every layer of the local AI stack, from silicon to quantization; "Top" is where your build lands on our board.

What we publish

1. Buying guides organized by VRAM budget and target model size — not by manufacturer marketing.
2. Benchmark data from real community runs with a published methodology (engine version, quantization, context length, hardware state).
3. Budget builds and used-market watch — the economics of local AI hardware, refreshed regularly.

Our honesty rules

• Every number on this site carries a source and a "as of" date. Prices in 2026 move weekly.
• Benchmarks we did not run ourselves are labeled with their submitter and methodology link.
• Affiliate links are always disclosed (disclosure).
• When we get something wrong, we fix it publicly and note the correction.
