Effective 2026-09-04. These terms cover the DiggTop website at diggtop.com.
The content
- Guides, builds, analysis, and data pages are licensed for personal, non-commercial reading. You may link to pages; you may not republish full articles.
- Benchmark rows are factual data with attribution. You may reference a row and its source; do not present third-party numbers as our own tests.
- Prices are point-in-time snapshots with a stated as-of date. They are reference information, not offers.
Submissions
- By submitting a benchmark you grant us the right to display the data (hardware, model, quant, backend, version, context, speeds, and source URL) with attribution.
- You warrant that submitted numbers come from a test you ran or a source you can point to. Fabricated data gets removed and repeat abuse gets blocked.
Data imports
- Data imported from public sources (e.g. localmaxxing) stays attributed to its origin. We do not claim authorship of imported measurements.
No warranty
- The site is provided "as is". We make no guarantee about the accuracy of third-party figures, and hardware prices change constantly.
- We are not a financial advisor: buy decisions are yours.
Privacy
- See the Privacy Policy. Short version: no account required to read, analytics are minimal, and your email is not sold.
Changes
- We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new effective date.
